Potteries Tyres Company History

The success story of Potteries Tyres Ltd began in 1981. The early days saw Potteries Tyres as a worldwide supplier of truck tyre casings as well as a service provider to haulage companies throughout Staffordshire and South Cheshire. From 1985, the move to a purpose built site near to the busy A50 / A500 corridor allowed us the opportunity to grow into the market leader that we are today.

Potteries Tyres are now recognised as one of the leading tyre retailers in the country with expert knowledge of all aspects of tyre retail and fleet management. We were a founder member of the Independent Tyre Distributors Network and now act as Regional Service Provider for Continental Tyres, Bandvulc Tyres, Direct Tyre Management and Tyrenet among others. Our high level of service has seen us become recognised as a key provider to both Staffordshire Police and the Ministry of Defence as well many high profile local fleets such as John Pointon and Sons and Afford Rent a Car.
